Kudo MJ-14 Paper Jogger with Air Squeeze

A Jogger makes it much faster and easier for an operator to build a full six inch lift of stock to be cut. Without a Jogger, the lift must be built on the Cutter bed, which is not only much slower, but also more difficult to build a full height lift. The operator must slide each small lift under the clamp and as the stack gets higher, there is less and less room to work. A Jogger will also remove the air from the lift which allows for a full six inch lift every time.

• Change left or right tilt direction and/or tilt angle with only the “touch” of a button on the control panel
• Variable speed vibration motor can rotate clockwise or counter-clockwise depending on register lay and paper quality.
• Sheet Separation Device for Air Blast and Squeezing is also available as an Optional device.
• Air squeezing is executed with two rollers and quick and step less air squeezing are carried out.
