Rates
Standard Machine Rate: $135 USD per hour
Die Cutters, Folder Gluers, Windowers, Tray Formers and Perfect Binders: $150 USD per hour
Travel Rate [Non-Service Rate]: $120 USD per hour
Travel Costs: Charged separately; not included in the rates above
Travel costs charged include airfare, baggage, parking, car rental, hotel lodging, mileage ($0.45 per mile) and/or meal per diem ($55 per day).
A $300 travel charge will apply if 3 or more nights out of town are required.
