APR Solution Maxi Athos Plus Fully-Automatic Taping Machine —

The Maxi Athos Plus is a fully-automatic tape application machine, expertly designed for seamless application of a variety of adhesive tapes, including mono-adhesive, double-sided, tear tape, and magnetic tape. It features an innovative “Feeder Plus” system, combining continuous friction and suction capabilities for uninterrupted, efficient production.

Capable of handling multiple formats, including different die-cut, creased, and slotted materials ranging from 200 grams to 15 mm, this machine is a versatile solution for diverse production needs. At its core is our sophisticated PLC + Touch screen 7-inch interface, integrated with custom software for precise control over tape applications. The machine’s advanced linear make-ready system enables high-precision applicator placement, allowing for rapid changeovers. This efficiency dramatically increases production capacity by reducing downtime.

Key components include:

– A Continuous “Feeder Plus” for non-stop production.
– The main unit dedicated to accurate tape application.
– BRUCO Transport devices with special silicon wheels to protect your product’s surface from scratches.
– A Delivery table with a pneumatic shafts system, designed to prevent product jams.
– Standard configuration includes 2 Rap applicators (one on the left and the other on the right).

For enhanced customization, the machine can accommodate up to 6 “Rap” applicators (2 RAPs in pairs on the same line), with options including:

– “RAP” applicators for mono-adhesive and double-sided tape.
– “Rap Strip” applicators, specifically for tear tape.
– “RAP MAG” applicators for magnetic tape.

Catch tray delivery can also be upgraded to either an automatic downstacking delivery or a batch-counting belted delivery.

This range of configurations ensures that the Maxi Athos Plus can adapt to various production requirements, delivering efficiency and precision in tape application.
