>>  Training, Per the Service Guide,  Best Graphics are able to provide “Basic Operator Training” on many manufacturer’s legacy models and machines. In the event the equipment is one of our brands, where we’re the Sales agents, have access to manuals, spare parts, schematics, and vendor partners, the training is more in-depth and can include, but is not limited to: operator training, make-ready changeovers, production “tricks-n-tips”, preventative maintenance best practices, et cetera.

0.5 days to remove; fork truck encouraged; 0.5 days to install; 0.5 – 1 day recommended for training

1 – 2 days to remove; requires 10 – 12,000lb. fork truck with 6′ extenders, but may require rigger; 1 – 2 days to install; 2 days recommended for training, knife changes, touchscreen operation and basic machine maintenance

 

>> Lifts, Joggers, Scales, Unloaders, Add 0.5 – 1 day additional for removal and re-install if already onsite for a Paper Cutter

1 – 1.5 days to remove; requires 6,500lb. fork truck; 0.5 – 1 day to install; 1 – 2 days recommended for basic operator training and maintenance

2.5 – 3 days to remove; requires 6 – 8,000lb. fork truck with 6′ forks; 3 – 4 days to install; 2 – 3 days recommended for operator training and maintenance

10 – 12 days to remove; requires 10 – 12,000lb. fork truck; 12 – 15 days to install; 5 – 6 days recommended for operator training

1 – 1.5 days to remove; requires 6 – 8,000lb. fork truck; 0.5 – 1 day to install; 1.5 – 2 days recommended for operator training

 

>> Banders, Waste Conveyors, Mechanical Binding, Stackers

0.5 – 1 day to remove; fork truck encouraged, but not always necessary; 0.5 – 1 day to install; 0.5 – 1 day recommended for operator training

 

>> High Die Cutters, Busch | PMC | Blumer | Polar | AMC

0.5 – 1 days to remove; 5 – 6,000lb. fork truck encouraged; 1 day to install; 1 – 2 days recommended for operator training [unless 2-up work, In-Mould Label applications, or units with Counter Pressure]

4 – 6 days to remove; requires riggers; 4 – 6 days to install; 3 – 5 recommended for operator training

1.5 – 3 days to remove; typically requires riggers, unless fork truck specifications and exact floor space of new building are understood in advance; 2 – 2.5 days to install; 2.5 – 3.5 days recommended for operator training [unless client needs further support with “tricky” boxes, 4- & 6-corner backfolding, beverage carriers, et cetera

 

>>  Mounters/Labelers, STOCK | Lamina | Tunkers | Automatan

Varies depending upon machine length and complexity; small, 1 or 2 piece systems may require a day while automated, “full systems” may require up to a week; 2 – 4 days recommended for operator training

 

>>  Window Patchers & Tray Formers, Heiber Schroeder, Kohmann, Cates

1.5 – 2.5 days to remove; 10 – 12,000lb fork truck with 6′; 1.5 – 2 days to install; 2.5 – 4 days to train depending upon the complexicity of the blanks and number of lanes [“multiple up”]
