Busch SWH 180 RLA Pile Turner —
A game-changer in enhancing the efficiency and quality of both the printing and finishing processes, Pile Turning is done by hydraulically lifting the pile to the horizontal position and subsequently rotating it through 180 degrees. It replaces time-consuming manual handling. It’s versatile enough to manage various types and weights of paper and board. As quality standards continue to rise, investing in the pile turner is a smart move. Since 1976, when the first Busch pile turner was designed and delivered, the company has built a legacy of engineering excellence. With a commitment to top-notch quality, Busch guarantees superior engineering in every product. These solidly built, modern machines are celebrated for their ease of use.
The SWH 180 RLA comes with airing (4 blowers), pressure control flaps, regulation of air volume, (hand lever), adjustable aligning gauge, tilting (15°), slewable control desk, and jogging.
Optional:
- Electrical air volume regulation at control desk
- Enlarged opening height up to 78.7 inch for higher piles (min. pile height will be greater on machines with enlarged opening)
