Best Graphics (Waukesha, WI) the exclusive U.S. distributor, and post-Sales support for the Japanese line of high production, automated Osako Saddle Stitchers places machines at Commercial Print facilities in Florida, and Nevada.

Installed just outside Jacksonville, FL a North American Top 400 Printer looked to Best Graphics for their latest Saddle Stitcher investment. This Sheetfed & Digital outfit purchased a compact footprint, (6) signature feeder, (1) cover feeder configured Osako Micro to replace a Muller Martini Saddle Stitcher. With an extended machine warranty, delivery, install, training and money to spare, Mike, the shop owner opted to also purchase a Rima Stacker. The installation and training was carried out by Best Graphics’ service department. 

Featuring a color touch screen for job makeready assistance, an automation package that reduces job prep to mere minutes, and productivity that’s currently exceeding Florida’s previous Muller Martini Stitcher by three times the output, Best Graphics are pleased to have another satisfied customer join “the family”! On the other side of the U.S., a Las Vegas, Nevada Commercial Print operation has just purchased one of Best Graphics’ mid-tier, automated Osako Estar Alpha Saddle Stitchers. Configured as a (6) station, (1) cover feeder design, this 10,000bph Osako Estar Alpha included a 4th & 5th knife for 2-up bookletmaking, a Busch waste removal system, delivery, installation, training, and an extended machine warranty.

Featuring our Osako OT-2000A fully automated three-knife trimmer, where preset jobs are “pushed” from the Osako’s main, color touch screen to the trimmer intelligently, all motors, belts and yoke timing adjusts automatically. In combination with our automated line chain-to-stitch head positioning, feeder-to-chain timing, synchro start-and-stop, and downstream inhibit technology this Osako Estar Alpha delivers high output, fast job changeovers, and minimizes waste booklets.

Deemed surplus, Best Graphics removed a Heidelberg ST series Stitcher with the increased output of the newly installed Nevada-based Osako Estar Alpha. Coincidentally, Las Vegas is pursuing a Young Shin 41″ Die Cutter-Stripper from Best Graphics for year’s end!
