Two of Best Graphics’ Service Technicians, Dan Turner and Greg Cook, have recently returned from a visit to the Heiber + Schroeder headquarters in Ekrath, Germany. They spent two weeks receiving factory training from the H+S service team in order to provide the highest quality service on Tray Formers and Window Patchers.

Heiber + Schroeder, established in 1986, is a German manufacturer and a prominent innovator and a market leader in regards to window patching and tray forming equipment. Their dedication to advancing packaging technologies has brought them international success. Heiber + Schroeder has installed over 200 machines in North America and has approximately 1,500 machines currently running across the globe.
