Multi-National, Packaging Printer Entrusts Best Graphics with Sale of Laserck BLK Offline Blanker – 

 

 

Best Graphics (Waukesha, WI), the North American importer, distributor, and post-Sales service and support for Laserck Offline Blankers has secured another order for our popular BLK model. The Printer, a top 20 North American entity with multiple facilities, has elected to have the Laserck BLK go to its Oregon-based plant with a focus primarily on Print & Packaging.

 

 

 

 

Laserck Offline Blankers, manufactured in Japan, are engineered with a patented, automatic down stacking [palletizing] feature that greatly reduces the number of employees needed to remove waste stripping from die-cut sheets while increasing the throughput of cartons manufactured.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Designed with nearly 5,000 upper and lower pins, the Laserck BLK Offline Blanker is nearly infinite in the number of shapes, styles, and cartons it can blank. Used in combination with our Mark V CAD software, makereadies from one job to the next can be completed in as little as 7 – 10 – 12 minutes with the number of sheets produced, in an hour, exceeding 7,500 – 8,000 per hour.

 

 

 

 

This Commercial Print and Folding Carton shop will receive their machine in February ’21 with installation, training, and an extended warranty to commence thereafter.
