New Itotec “Toys” for Virginia-based Commercial Print Shop, and Long Standing Komori User – 

Best Graphics (Waukesha, WI), the exclusive import agent and sales, service support for the Itotec line of Paper Cutters, Lifts, Joggers and Unloaders recently sold and installed a 54″ Itotec eRC series Paper Cutter and an Itotec RU 5.0 Unloader in Harrisonburg, Virginia. This is the second project in 2020 completed between this Commercial Printer and Best Graphics.

The Cutter, a 137cm size format, is one of Best Graphics’ double-arm Itotec machines complete with delivery, installation, and operator training. Weighing nearly 11,000 lbs. our Itotec single-piece frame Cutters are heavier duty than competitive Saber, and Polar brands while delivering the same, sophisticated operator touch screen controls clients come to expect: (4) ways to program and save jobs, auto-trim capabilities, and backguage “push out” capabilities.

The Unloader, our Itoec RU 5.0 model, was configured in a right-handed format, meaning it is positioned to the right side of the Itotec Paper Cutter. Improving operator efficiencies by 33% to 50%, Itotec Unloaders also aid with ergonomics, as operators are no longer “bending down” to place heavy lifts atop a pallet.

The project was completed in conjunction with Komori USA, Best Graphics’ post-Press partner, and a long-standing vendor of this Commercial Printer. Located 2 hours West of Washington D.C., and 2 hours outside Richmond, Virginia this growing Printer shop is well-positioned to support major markets throughout VA, West Virginia, and North Carolina.
