Osako Equipment headed to Virginia –

A commercial printer located in Richmond, Virginia has purchased two (2) Osako Saddle Stitchers from Best Graphics (Waukesha, WI). The company opted for the Estar and Tener Alpha models.

The Osako Estar will be configured as a (6) station plus (1) cover feeder system suitable for the production of up to 10,000 pieces per hour. The Osako Tener Alpha will also be set as a (6) station and (1) cover feeder system with maximum production of 12,000 pieces per hour. Both systems will be equipped with waste conveyors and cameras.

Best Graphics have been importing, distributing, and supporting Osako’s line of Japanese, automated Saddle Stitchers for over three decades. Founded in the early 1900s, Osako was our first partner that sought out an exclusive importer, ultimately transitioning Best Graphics from a regional distributorship to a national sales and service organization.
